Context

Two non-technical founders with a sharp idea and no engineering capacity. They needed someone to translate the product vision into a working stack, run technical hiring, and ship the first version of the product.

What I did

Set up the full technical foundation — cloud infrastructure, auth, data layer, CI/CD, internal tooling. Designed the AI-augmented build process so the team could ship features without scaling headcount. Wrote the engineering playbooks so new hires onboard in days, not weeks.

Outcome

Product live and iterating with paying pilot users. Engineering team running on rhythm.

Context

Established performer with a full booking calendar, but a website that wasn't doing the work. Visitors weren't converting into enquiries because the site didn't carry the polish or social proof of the live performance.

What I did

Designed and shipped a polished single-page site with a testimonials carousel, an 8-image gallery, embedded performance video, and a contact form wired to email. End-to-end in a week.

Outcome

Site reflects the actual quality of the work. Enquiries up, friction down.
