My background is nuclear engineering, identity infrastructure and systems design. I take on a limited number of fixed-scope engagements for small businesses and solo operators who need something shipped properly. AI compresses the timelines but the value is engineering judgment, not the tooling.

- Fractional technical leadership — for non-technical founders who need a brain on their team without a full hire.
How I work
- Fixed scope. We agree on a deliverable up front. No open-ended hourly drift.
- Short cycles. Most projects ship inside 1–2 weeks. AI compresses what used to take a month.
- Direct comms. You talk to me, not an account manager. Slack, email, or a quick call.

Who this isn't for
Two things I won't take on:
- Engagements where the client doesn't trust technical recommendations.
- Engagements that require micromanagement.
